Unlike mass-produced aluminum frames that fade, pit, or loosen over time, our windows are custom-built to your exact cutout dimensions. Choose square or radius corners, clear or tinted marine glass, and a robust 1/2" tempered laminated safety glazing. Every pane is bonded with Dow 995 marine structural silicone, creating a permanent, leak-proof seal engineered to outlast the boat itself.
For mounting, our thru-bolt blind barrel nut system delivers unmatched security and a flawless exterior appearance. The barrel nuts are welded directly to the inside of the frame, eliminating all visible fasteners on the cabin or hull.

Window Build Features
Frame Construction
Our 316L stainless steel frames are precision-bent and fully welded to match the exact size and shape of your boat’s opening. Each weld is polished to a flawless mirror finish, creating a seamless, continuous frame with no visible transitions. For installation, we use a thru-bolt blind barrel nut system, with every barrel nut welded to the inside of the frame—eliminating all exterior fasteners and giving your cabin or hull a perfectly clean, uninterrupted appearance.
Corners
We offer both mitered corners and radius corners in four standard sizes: 2", 2-1/2", 3"and 4". For boats with unique shapes, we also provide fully custom-bent corners to match any non-standard geometry. Simply send us a template or drawing of your window opening, and we’ll fabricate a precision-fit stainless steel window to match your exact cutout.
Glass
We use a heavy-duty offshore approach for our glazing, making our windows the safest option for your vessel. Each unit is built with 1/2" tempered laminated safety glass, available in clear, light tint, or dark tint. The glass is permanently secured using Dow 995 embedding sealant, ensuring maximum strength and long-term durability.

Template or Drawing
Send us a template of your window cutout, or email a drawing or sketch that includes the cross-section details, cutout height and width, and the radius corner size. We’ll create a detailed drawing for your review and signature confirmation.

Payment
A 50% deposit is required to confirm production of your stainless windows. Once you approve the final drawing, we’ll send a secure online payment link. We accept credit cards and bank transfers. When your windows are ready to ship, we’ll request the remaining balance.

Fabrication
Once your order is confirmed, we will begin the fabrication process. Lead times are typically 45–60 days. Square-corner windows ship the fastest—often within 45 days—while radius-corner windows require additional shaping and welding, and generally ship within 60 days of confirmation.
